CHILE – During the third quarter of 2013, consolidated revenues totaled CLP 1,599,199 million (US $ 3172 million), achieving an increase of 13.1 % compared to the same quarter of 2012, while nine months 2013 revenues reached CLP 4,661,297 million (US $ 9,245 million), being 10.6% higher compared to the same period last year.

The higher revenues relate to increased sales area incorporated within the past twelve months, including Construdecor acquisition in Brazil, in addition to positive same-store growth particularly in Chile. A highlight is the performance of the online business , which continues growing at above-average rates of the company. As of July 1st, Construdecor management was taken over, an operation with 56 stores and a sales area of 118 128 m2. In the third quarter of 2013 Construdecor contributed revenues of CLP$ 49,588 million (US $ 98 million). The operation has been integrated into the corporate structure of Home Improvement and contributing positively an EBITDA of CLP 3,585 million (US 7 million).
