GERMANY – In order to face the competitive environment in which both companies operate, which is becoming more and more vertically integrated, with a market that more and more is looking for surface solutions rather than printed or impregnated melamine papers, Lamigraf and BMK Group have announce a close cooperation agreement.

BMK Group of Germany is a leading international melamine impregnation company, with 17 treating lines spread over Germany, North America and Russia.

Lamigraf is a Spanish international printing group with 11 printing lines spread over production centers in Spain, Germany and Brazil.

As family businesses, both firms are committed to their customers, their people and their suppliers.

While both firms will be preserving their independence, they are entering into a partnership with the aim of providing better service to the market, exploring synergies and driving innovation.
