ARGENTINA – Argentinian decor paper imports in the first eight months of 2016 reached USD 11.394.534, an increase of 22.4% when compared to USD 9.307.948 in the same period 2015.
The main importer was Arauco Argentina (Alto Parana), with imports for USD 5.935.676 in the period, a notable growth of 86.6% compared to USD 3.180.351 in the same period 2015. Masisa Argentina was the second importer with USD 3.358.109 in the first eight months of 2016. A 10.1% drop when compared to USD 3.736.220 in the same period 2015. Sadepan and Cuyoplacas followed with imports of USD 626.151 and USD 622.592 respectively in the January – August period of 2016.
