AUSTRIA – The innovative Kaindl ENDgrain decor concept with end-grain elements is setting out to take the world of interior design by storm.
The new authentic decor has the look of a cross-section through the trunk – and the Salzburg company promises it to be far superior than any others in the real wood segment.
The resonance from the industry during the Kaindl in-house exhibition at the beginning of 2016 was overwhelming. It continued in March at the Holz Handwerk trade fair held in Nuremberg. Gerhard Dürnberger – Director of Product Development and Marketing – sees it as a sign of how accurately Kaindl has captured the spirit of the times with this puristic-elegant design: “During the development process we endeavored to take the product ranges of our customers into consideration as best we could with the intention of creating added value in many different ways: ease of processing, high freedom of design and the resulting new furniture style will delight industry and designers alike.” The decor concept is so well-thought-out that processing in every area of application always produces a harmonious distribution of the end-grain elements – the design can be used both vertically and horizontally on furniture fronts.
ENDgrain is available in the oak colour variants Delight, Pure, Raw and Classic and harmonizes with the currently fashionable plain colors. The decor board has a new and convincing Natural Touch surface. Laminated boards and work surfaces with the matt Authentic Wood structure look especially natural.
These four ENDgrain designs will be available from stock as matching finishes as of September 2016.
