ITALY - Biesse S.p.A., a leading global manufacturer of woodworking machinery and technology, has announced the resignation of Pierre La Tour from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Manager in charge of financial reporting and Investor Relations.

La Tour has decided to pursue new professional challenges, and his resignation will become effective following the approval of the provisional financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2023.

As of the current date, Pierre La Tour does not hold any direct and/or indirect shares in the Company, according to communications received by the Company and disclosed to the public. The Company and Biesse Group express their gratitude for Pierre La Tour's substantial professional contributions over the years.

The Company has promptly initiated the selection process to identify a suitable successor with the requisite qualifications.
