Unilin, Barberan and Zeetree Create Operational Freedom in Digital Printing and Texturing

BELGIUM - Unilin Technologies, Barberan and Zeetree reached an agreement with different parties to open up their extensive patent portfolio for direct-to-panel digital printing and texturing.

Unilin already announced its partnership with Barberan and Zeetree for high-performance digital texturing solutions in 2021. Thanks to these agreements, Unilin can now offer extended patent protection that includes not only Unilin's core patents in the field of digital texturing, but also other relevant patents from Barberan, Hymmen, Zeetree, Classen, Kronospan and i4F.

The agreement also puts an end to legal battles between different technology providers and offers greater legal certainty in digital printing and texturing of decorative panels to those who want it.
