ITALY - The Italian SCM Group and the Swedish company Randek AB have sealed a strategic agreement for the large-scale supply of integral and complete solutions for timber construction.
This new alliance aims to expand and further strengthen the range of technological solutions already offered by both players worldwide and which complement each other: SCM, which continues to innovate to offer advanced numerical control machining centers capable of processing any type of structural element demanded by today's market, and Randek AB, known worldwide for its innovative high-performance technologies in the prefabricated houses sector.
The partnership will also enable one company to offer the products of the other, thus offering integrated solutions that would otherwise only be feasible in the long term.
This strategic partnership is expected to represent an advantage for customers, who will benefit from this collaboration, which is already yielding its first significant results. In fact, Randek AB and SCM will develop and supply equipment for one of the most advanced house factories in the production of steel and timber frame modules.
