GERMANY -  Following the oral hearing on September 14, 2021, the District Court of Düsseldorf, in its judgment delivered on November 18, 2021, ruled in favor of Barberan.

The court dismissed Hymmen's infringement action, which was based on the German part of the European patent EP 3 109 056. The decision is not final and can be appealed by Hymmen.
