With Wolf-Gerd Dieffenbacher resignation the Dieffenbacher Management Board now consists of the three remaining members: Christian Dieffenbacher, Volker Kitzelmann and Lothar Fischer. In addition to his other responsibilities, Christian Dieffenbacher will become CEO and spokesman for the Management Board. The roles of CFO Volker Kitzelmann and CTO Lothar Fischer remain unchanged.

The history of the company will always be closely linked to Wolf-Gerd Dieffenbacher who was actively involved in the company for more than 40 years, and served as a member of the Management Board since 1985. In times of great change, he helped develop the pure press manufacturer into an internationally leading supplier of complete plants for the wood-based panels, composites and recycling industries. During this period, the company’s turnover increased from 36 million euros to over 400 million euros. Wolf-Gerd Dieffenbacher will become part of the Board of Advisors and will remain associated with the company in various other capacities.
