U.S. - The U.S. subsidiary of the Weinig Group, which includes the German Weinig and Holz-Her brands, is opening a new location in Anaheim, California.
This is the Group’s second facility in the USA since arriving in 1976 to Moorseville, North Carolina. The new west coast facility is due to start operations in December this year.
Weinig’s new 600 square meter facility is fully equipped and includes an Expocenter of machines and systems. In addition to daily demonstrations, the new location will be used for in-house trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences and training courses. Offices, a service center and a spare parts warehouse have also been installed in the premises.
“We are pleased to be able to present our innovative technologies to the many customers on the West Coast directly on site and in a first-class environment,” said Sales Manager Andy Turner.
Strategically, Michael Weinig, Inc. and Holz-Her U.S., Inc. are pursuing the goal of further optimizing sales support and service standards in the western part of the country. President Jason Howell sees the new presence as an important building block to meet increasing requirements from the company’s strong growth of recent years.
