ITALY - Biesse spa, manufacturer of processing technology for the wood, stone and glass industries announced today the purchase of 80% of the shares of its distributor Nury Baylar AS in Turkey.

Nury Baylar A.S. is active since 1971 in the woodworking machinery equipment trading sector with operative headquarters located in Istanbul (Turkey) and has 30 employees. The Company’s turnover in the 2014 fiscal year has been of about TRY 29.1 million. The transaction was valued at € 967,000 (shares purchase + shareholders loan repayment). The agreement will be effective during the first days of October, with the execution of the share transfer.
