Giovanni Barra.Italy (Notifix).- In a brief press release Biesse S.p.A. informed last October 22nd of the resignation of the CEO, Mr. Giovanni Barra. His resignation was prompted by disagreement concerning the strategic plan. The Chairman, Mr. Roberto Selci thanked the outgoing CEO for the contribution he has made during the period he has been in office. Up to the date of his resignation, Mr. Barra held 5,000 Biesse ordinary shares.
