This change aims to streamline the purchasing process, providing customers direct access to the manufacturer for more efficient service. WHHCA expects this move to strengthen its Ontario market presence and better meet customer needs.

Industry veteran Paul Eilender has been appointed as the first direct account manager for the HOLZ-HER product line in Ontario, reinforcing WHHCA’s focus on customer support and relationship building.

In addition, WHHCA is opening a new facility in the Greater Toronto Area this fall, serving as its Ontario office and showroom. This expansion underscores WHHCA’s dedication to innovation and customer service excellence in the woodworking industry across Canada, alongside its continued operations in Laval, Quebec.
