BELGIUM –    Unilin Technologies has announced a decisive legal victory in China, as the Supreme People’s Court confirmed the validity of its patent CN 102933385, despite challenges filed through a strawman.

The patent forms part of Unilin Technologies’ extensive SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) patent portfolio, comprising nearly 1,000 patents and patent applications worldwide related to SPC product composition.

This outcome highlights Unilin Technologies’ continued commitment to defending its intellectual property rights globally.
