ITALY – BiesseInside, the in-house event showcasing the innovations of the Italian woodworking machinery and solutions manufacturer, took place from October 17 to 19 at the company’s 3,000 square meter headquarter in Pesaro. The event summoned 2,200 visitors, increasing the number of companies from all over the world by 35% in respect to the last edition.

The 2013 BiesseInside edition focused on the Nesting application. The process nesting, born in Anglo-Saxon countries, is spreading fast in Europe thanks to the flexibility and responsiveness that allows you to switch from batch one production to “just in time” production, reengineering production logistics, reducing costs and answering the challenges of a constantly changing market. For this purpose the machine demonstrated was the Rover A G FT, a perfect solution for the production of cabinets, kitchens and furniture and all panel-based applications in general.

Visitors were also able to take a close look at the new AirForce System designed to apply edgebanding with the use of hot air. This technology won the “Visionary Award” for product innovation at the AWFS 2013 exhibition.

Biesse offers modular solutions from the design of turnkey plants for large furniture manufacturers to individual automatic machines and work stations for small and medium enterprises and the design and distribution of individual highly technological components.
