BRAZIL – The ForMóbile international trade fair for the wood and furniture industry took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from July 2 to 5.

It attracted over 50,000 attendees and featured more than 550 exhibitors.

SCM was notably successful at the event, engaging with professionals, companies, and industry experts. Marcos Muller, SCM’s Brazil Country Manager and Regional Manager for South America, highlighted the event’s importance, noting SCM’s growth in orders, turnover, and partnerships with key market players in the region.

SCM’s booth covered 1,000 square meters and showcased a range of technologies and services for the woodworking sector, focusing on current trends in furniture and design. The Smart&Human solutions, featuring Maestro suite software and digital services, were particularly well-received for their ability to meet various production needs.

“The event,” Muller concluded, “was a success and provided an opportunity to present our innovations and strengthen relationships with customers and industry partners.”

The next ForMóbile is scheduled for June 30 to July 3, 2026, promising to build on its reputation as Latin America’s leading furniture sector fair.
