Martin Sieringhaus as Chief Financial Officer, Stefan Ziemes as Chief People Officer as well as Axel Baumeister as Chief Technical Officer are also part of the leadership team. Other core competencies now reflected in the new Management Board are crucial for the success of a modern managed company. This includes modern personnel development, targeted talent management and stringent succession planning.
