The lineup includes the IMAGIC HP, a high-performance modular drilling machine designed for maximum productivity in mass production scenarios, capable of up to 100 parts per minute while maintaining controlled drilling cycles for longer system life.

The IMAGIC L1-U targets manufacturers seeking flexibility in batch size 1 production. With an innovative transport system and compact design, it allows machining during return cycles, reducing idle times and space requirements, making it ideal for adaptive and space-saving production lines.

Finally, in collaboration with Zimmer Group, IMA Schelling developed a fully automated front drilling machine featuring five robots that handle measurement, drilling, milling, and fitting installation. Automated loading and unloading further optimize the workflow, reducing human error and boosting consistency in diverse production orders.
