GERMANY – This year, the well-known Homag Treff event returns to two locations in southern Germany: Schopfloch and Holzbronn.

From September 24 to 27, 2024, visitors can engage directly with Homag machinery and software, discuss industry trends, and delve into technical topics alongside peers, gaining valuable insights for their businesses.

Homag Treff stands out for its hands-on approach, allowing visitors to experience the latest developments firsthand. Under the motto “Where sawdust flies and inspiration lands,” individual machines and full production lines will be operational. Technical presentations and discussions will cover panel division, CNC processing, edgebanding, software, automation, and digitalization.

The event will address critical questions: How user-friendly is Homag’s optimization software? Can robotic cutting cells alleviate skilled labor shortages? What benefits does innovative edgebanding technology offer in daily production? Answers to these and more will be featured at Homag Treff 2024.

Automation and digitalization will take center stage, with an entire exhibition area dedicated to Homag software, apps, and digital assistants at the Schopfloch site. Schuller Consulting experts will explore automation potential in furniture and timber production, focusing on production process optimization, cost efficiency, and targeted digitalization.
