ITALY – Hiteco, an SCM Group company specializing in high-tech mechatronic components for machine tools, recently inaugurated its new facility in Rimini, Italy.
With triple the previous space at 9,000 square meters, this investment supports Hiteco’s growth strategy, aiming to expand its product range and enhance production efficiency. By the end of 2023, Hiteco achieved a turnover of approximately €40 million, solidifying its position as a global leader in CNC machine components.
The new facility underscores Hiteco’s commitment to innovation, focusing on digital services, IoT solutions, and AI-driven products for sectors including wood, stone, glass, and metal processing, aligning with Industry 5.0 principles. Key advancements include the Energy Recovery System (ERS), recovering 14.5% of component-generated energy, and the Hiteco Connect IoT system, which offers real-time monitoring and optimization capabilities.
As part of SCM Group, Hiteco leverages a robust industry ecosystem to drive innovation and meet evolving market demands. This expansion promises enhanced efficiency and quality in machine tool components, potentially boosting productivity and operational excellence in the woodworking industry.
