GERMANY – At its meeting held on March 22, 2022, the Supervisory Board of Michael Weinig AG appointed Mr. Gregor Baumbusch as Chairman of the Executive Board for a new term of office ending on December 31, 2027.

He is supported on the Executive Board, which remains unchanged, by Dr. Georg Hanrath in the technical area and Axel Steiger in the Finance Department.

“The vote is recognition of the results achieved by Gregor Baumbusch so far and represents valuable continuity for the company,” says Supervisory Board Chairman Thomas Bach.
