EUR 900 Million in 2024 Revenue and New Leadership for SCM

GERMANY –  Amid the dynamic setting of Ligna 2025, the leading global trade fair for the woodworking industry, SCM Group S.p.A., a leading producer of woodworking technology, has officially appointed its new Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 term and approved its 2024 consolidated financial statements.

The newly appointed Board includes:

  • Enrico Aureli – President
  • Andrea Aureli – Vice President
  • Giovanni Gemmani – Vice President
  • Marco Mancini – Chief Executive Officer
  • Valentina Aureli, Luca Franceschini, and Martino Gemmani – Board Members

Adriano Aureli has been named Honorary President. Shareholders extended their heartfelt thanks to outgoing President Andrea Aureli and Honorary President Alfredo Aureli for their years of dedicated service.

SCM Group’s 2024 financial results confirmed consolidated revenues of EUR 900 million, highlighting the company’s continued strength despite global economic and geopolitical uncertainties.

“Despite a complex macroeconomic scenario, we stayed focused on growth,” said Marco Mancini, CEO of SCM Group. “Key to this was the acquisition of Tecno Logica, a leader in high-productivity automation, and Mecal Machinery, a specialist in aluminum profile processing.”
