GERMANY – German machinery and plant manufacturer Dieffenbacher has announced the appointment of Kathrin Kamm as its new Head of Marketing, effective November 1, 2025.
She succeeds Dirk Eisenmann, who will leave the company at his own request on December 31, 2025, after nearly a decade in the role.
Eisenmann, who has led Dieffenbacher’s marketing since March 2016, was praised by CEO Christian Dieffenbacher for his leadership and strategic contributions. “Under his guidance, our marketing, brand, and global presence developed significantly,” he said.
During his tenure, Eisenmann helped reposition the Dieffenbacher brand, launched the CEBRO smart plant concept, and strengthened the company’s employer branding. He also played a key role in developing sustainability and ESG principles within the company.
Kamm joined Dieffenbacher in June 2022 as a Marketing Manager and became Deputy Head of Marketing in November 2024. Before joining the company, she worked for a B2B marketing agency, gaining extensive industry experience.
“We’re pleased to see Kathrin take on this role from within our team,” said CEO Dieffenbacher. “Her knowledge of our company and her professional background make her ideally suited to drive our marketing strategy forward.”
