ITALY – At the second edition of the competition dedicated to innovation during the Xylexpo exhibition, Biesse wins two awards for the technical innovation in the fields of second panel processing and finishing sections.

The jury made up of technical experts and top clients recognized Biesse’s constant commitment to research and innovation and implementation of measures to improve technologies applied to woodworking process.

In the field in second panel processing the recognition went to the Heat Control System device on edgebander Stream A which ensures that the glue temperature is sufficiently high to guarantee an optimum gluing process when the edge meets the glue-panel system.

For the finishing section Viet wins a recognition for Opera R, the sanding machine which combines traditional smoothing technology with advanced robotics, working panels in any direction, surpassing the limits of contact units.
