ITALY – German independent research institute Statista conducted the ranking of the best 400 companies to work for in Italy.

The Institute interviewed over 15,000 employees of companies in which at least 250 people work, for a total of over 2,000 companies involved in the online survey. The employees, interviewed anonymously, answered 12 questions on subjects related to the job.

The key question was: “On a scale of 0 to 10, how would you recommend your company to a friend or family member?”

The final evaluation has been elaborated based on two parameters: the availability by the employee to advise his employer (assigning him a vote from 1 to 10) and the judgment on the part of the worker regarding employers different from his / her same sector.

Biesse Group confirms itself for the second consecutive year in the ninth place in the list of the mentioned companies limited to the mechanical and plant engineering sector.
