BRAZIL – Falabella recently announced the opening of a new Sodimac Homecenter store in the municipality of Osasco, Sao Paulo. This is the sixth store with Homecenter and Constructor format in Brazil.

The store began operating on July 13 and has a sales area of approximately 9,000 m2, also with a click and collect area for online shopping withdrawal.

The first store with Homecenter and Constructor format of the Chilean Sodimac in Brazilian territory was opened on June 1, 2015 in Tamboré, metropolitan region of Sao Paulo.

With this opening, Sodimac adds 53 stores in Brazil, six of them Sodimac Homecenter, 31 Sodimac Dicico and the rest will be transformed to this latest convenience format in the coming months.

Sodimac totals 254 stores in the region with a presence in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico.
