FRANCE – Ingka Group, the largest Ikea retailer, is enhancing its presence in Paris’ 13th district with the opening of a new Ikea store in the Italie Deux shopping centre.
This new store aims to offer greater convenience and accessibility for Parisian customers.
“France is a key market for us, and we are excited to bring a unique Ikea experience to the heart of Paris. This store will provide inspiration and fulfill home needs with a single stop. Being part of the vibrant Italie Deux centre supports our vision for a better everyday life,” says Jesper Brodin, CEO of Ingka Group.
The new Ikea city store spans over 6,200 square meters, featuring more than 3,000 products for same-day pickup, 7,000 additional items on display, planning services, inspiring room setups, and a Swedish bistro with 100 seats.
It will also be the first Ikea in Paris to offer the Buy Back & Resell service.
Ingka Group plans to open new stores in Paris, Shanghai, Seoul, and London over the coming year.
