MEXICO – Maderas y Plásticos S.A. (MYPSA), a leading company in the furniture and interior design industry, brings to Mexico the innovative MDF Forescolor, an MDF panel with full thickness color developed by Korean manufacturer Foresco.

This particular MDF board offers a high resistance to humidity due to the high content of melamine in its resin, which makes it suitable to be applied with the correct finish in bathrooms and kitchens. The color in all its thickness is achieved by organic dyes that give it the E0 (non-toxic) certification in formaldehyde emission according to Korean standards. These panels also hold the CARB and FSC certifications.
Forescolor is produced in its standard Forescolor NAF (no added formaldehyde); Textured, with wood grain or other designed textures embossed into the surface; Forescolor Acoustic, especially grooved for sound absorption, and 3D Profile, which allows three-dimensional effects on the board through the CNC routing process. Because of Forescolor’s density and high melamine content in the resin, little or no sanding is required after machining.
In addition to Forescolor, the international brands of the MYPSA portfolio include the HPL brand Greenlam (India), Jowat (Germany) adhesives, Plastimodul (Spain) drawer systems and fittings, Samet (Turkey) fittings and accessories and the exclusive distribution in Mexico of the HI-MACS, Vitera and Decofoil surfaces of LG Hausys (Korea).MYPSA, with headquarters in Mexico City, serves the furniture and interior design industry through 8 branches in the country and two authorized distributors.
