Madecentro opened its 130th store in Colombia

COLOMBIA – On July 10, in the city of Cali, the network of supply stores for the furniture and carpentry industry, Madecentro, opened its 130th store in Colombia.

791MADECENTRO1 The new location, Cali Norte, is part of the largest specialized retail network for the country’s furniture industry, where on average, 61,000 customers are served monthly. In addition to a complete portfolio of products, Madecentro is differentiated by its design consultancy service. “We not only offer the latest trends in melamines, fittings or edges – we have them – but also the service to convert the client’s idea into parts and pieces processed in equipment that guarantees high quality finishes and that will make that idea come true, from the design, to the board cut to size,” explains Dimas Tobón, Company Manager.

To meet the demand Madecentro has consolidated as the largest importer of PB / MDP in the country. In the January-April 2018 period, Madecentro imported close to 17.5 million dollars of PB/MDP boards, a 2.4 percent growth compared to the same period of the previous year.
