COLOMBIA – Mr. Bricologe, France’s leading home improvement retailer opened in May its first store in Colombia.

With local partner Ceramica Italia, the opening marks the entry of Mr Bricolage Group into the country. Mr Bricolage is a home improvement leader in France with more than 700 stores nationwide and with this inauguration the Group completes 70 stores in 10 foreign markets. As of now Colombia is the second Latin American country where Mr. Bricolage has operation, in 1998 the retailer entered the Uruguayan market.

The new store is located in the city of Pereira and has a sales floor of 1,426 square meters. This is the first store of a project to develop in Colombia a network of 10 stores in the next five years. Ceramics Italia, the local partner of Bricolage Group, is a tile floor specialist with more than 30 years in operations and a distribution network of over 250 outlets.
