FRANCE – BoConcept, the Danish premium design furniture brand, announced a five-year partnership with Dassault Systèmes to integrate the HomeByMe 3D room planner and product configurator into its customer journey.
With this alliance, BoConcept aims to offer customers in 65 countries a seamless combination of digital and in-store experiences, enhancing personalization, design collaboration, and customization of its made-to-order furniture.
The HomeByMe solution allows customers and sales teams in BoConcept’s 300 stores to visualize interiors in 3D, configure products by choosing colors, materials, and sizes, and see them as high-definition virtual twins. This integration speeds up the design, ordering, and delivery processes while strengthening customer engagement and simplifying supply chain data flow.
Søren Hansen, Head of IT at BoConcept, said, “Our customers want personalized solutions, strong digital interaction, and fast delivery. This partnership with Dassault Systèmes underlines our commitment to flexible design services and advanced customization.”
Annabel Chaussat, CEO of 3DVIA, Dassault Systèmes, added, “Retailers adopting technologies that empower customers to create their dream homes will lead the market. With HomeByMe, BoConcept positions itself at the forefront of this trend.”
