GERMANY - Surface specialist Surteco introduces a breakthrough in full-width digital printing, offering customers enhanced flexibility and resource efficiency for producing decorative surfaces in furniture and flooring.
The new system enables high-quality decor prints up to 225cm wide, with multiple decors on one roll and a repeat length of up to 6m. It accommodates unconventional structures and large color spaces, even for small batch sizes, and handles dimensionally critical decor papers and creative designs like fantasy decors.
Robert Vancko, Head of Business Unit Surfaces, emphasizes the system's transformative impact on flexibility, quality, and decor variety.
Supported by funding from the Environmental Innovation Program of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Surteco has developed and matured this digital printing process. Since its implementation, the system has met customer demands, satisfying both existing and new customers with its quality and capabilities.
