GERMANY - On January 1, 2024, Claus Neuffer assumed the role of Management Board member at decorative surface specialist Schattdecor, overseeing the Technology and Sustainability divisions.
He takes over from Roland Heeger, who led the global Technology division for 18 years. Notably, Sustainability is now integrated into the Executive Board, while Dr. Derick Beitel, Chief Financial Officer, takes charge of IT.
Neuffer, part of Schattdecor since 2000, brings extensive experience, including years abroad in locations like Brazil, showcasing his market understanding.
In his new position, his primary goal is to amplify Schattdecor's emphasis on technology and sustainability, advancing them with a strategic vision. The incorporation of the Sustainability function into the Management Board underscores Schattdecor's ongoing dedication to this critical issue.
