USA - Masonite International Corporation has announced that its U.S. subsidiary completed the acquisition of Fleetwood Aluminum Products, LLC for a cash transaction valued at USD 285 million.

Their product portfolio encompasses multi-slide and pocket glass patio doors, pivot and hinged glass entry doors, folding glass door wall systems, along with premium window products. Their offerings are distinguished by exceptional quality, full customization, contemporary designs, elegant hardware, and precise locking and rolling systems.
