POLAND - Nowy Styl, a leading European office furniture manufacturer, acknowledges the dedication of its suppliers to promote CSR initiatives for environmental protection and social measures through its "Supplier Sustainability Award." This year, Hettich earned the prestigious "Nowy Styl Supplier Sustainability Award 2023" in recognition of its outstanding efforts in this regard.

Sustainability has become a critical factor in the office furniture industry, especially for participation in public tenders. By offering the "Supplier Sustainability Award," Nowy Styl actively engages its suppliers in this process. Klaudia Pieczka, ESG Procurement Manager at Nowy Styl, explains, "We want to ensure that our activities and collaboration with our suppliers result in the best solutions for our customers while respecting the environment and people."

In the 2021 edition of the competition, Nowy Styl focused on environmental and social aspects in general. This year, with a view to upcoming ESG challenges (environmental, social, and corporate governance), the company set higher standards for its "Supplier Sustainability Award 2023."

The Nowy Styl jury justified Hettich's first-place award, stating, "Hettich is a proactive company that diligently works to protect the environment and support vulnerable groups within its own organization.
