BRAZIL - Schattdecor do Brasil announced the completion of the implementation of a new impregnation unit and the new Resin Reactor, having now five impregnation lines and two reactors.

Becoming self-sufficient in the production of resins and additives and consolidating itself as the largest independent supplier of impregnation in Latin America - 220 million m²/year.

This shows that the German multinational believes in the potential of the region, in the growth of its customers and in the creation of new markets. The new equipment represents the company's strategy, not only to respond to market demands, but to anticipate the needs of its customers, and the focus on offering differentiated products and solutions, with agility and competitiveness.

In addition to the commercial bias, investments are also moving towards the Industry 4.0 concept. According to the director, for example, recipe dispensers are integrated with dosing systems through automated solutions, ensuring safety in formulations even with the increased complexity of products produced simultaneously. In addition, the equipment has been continuously designed for greater energy efficiency in accordance with ISO 50.001, which is already being implemented in Schattdecor's other units worldwide. Schattdecor will also shortly present its plan to become CO2 neutral through numerous investments and a policy of greenhouse gas reduction and neutrality.
