BRAZIL - Flavio Lufchitz, General Director of Schattdecor Brazil, will retire at the end of this year.

As of January 2022, the direction of the Brazilian unit will be shared between Sandra Mohr Ludwig (Sales, Design, Marketing and Communications), Gerson Aldo de Souza (Production and Engineering) and Carla Mendes (Finance, HR and Administrative).

Lufchitz has dedicated a large part of his national and international career, spanning over 35 years, in the decorative papers sector. Initially responsible for the Direction of Production and Engineering, in 2017 he assumed the General Management of Schattdecor Brazil. In addition to the increase in production capacity achieved in the printed paper segment and the acquisition, integration and modernization of the impregnation plant, its management is marked by the realization of Schattdecor's growth plans in Latin America, participatory governance based on the company's philosophy, continuous improvement and focus on customers. Flavio will leave a legacy of sustainable investments aimed at the future, which will be continued by the next administration.
