GERMANY – On June 6, 2018 at the Technikmuseum in Berlin, Leuco received two German Innovation Awards, one for the “Leuco p-System” milling cutter and another for the “Leuco nn-System” circular saw blade highlighting Leuco’s high degree of innovation in support of the woodworking industry.

The prizes were received in Berlin by Daniel Schrenk (Leuco Managing Director Sales and Marketing), Dr. Ing. Martin Dressler (Head of Research / Business Development and Lead Developer of the Leuco p-System), Dr. Ing. Dominique Fendeleur (Head of Research & Development Saw Blades and Lead Developer of the Leuco nn system) and Frank Diez (Leuco CEO).

With the German Innovation Award, the German Design Council has closed a gap in the award landscape: these awards look for product innovations with commercial success. 650 submissions have applied for the award, including industry giants as well as hidden champions and start-ups. They all have one thing in common: a solution, a detailed innovation or a service that creates real added value.
