GERMANY – In 2017 Interprint’s turnover increased by 12% to € 353 million.

777INTERPRINT At the same time sales volume increased by 10% to 1.1 billion square meters. The substantial growth came mainly from the finishfoils produced in Poland and marketed globally under the “Xelio” brand name as well as the significant expansion of treating volumes at the Russian and Brazilian plants.

In addition, production capacity at the group’s main plant in Arnsberg was extended by commissioning a new rotogravure printing press. Apart from that, there is currently an extension building being constructed that will house all service functions.

Despite rising raw materials prices, Wrede Group, Interprints parent company, expects profitable growth for financial year 2018. During the year the group plans to increase its investment volume to almost 36 Mio €. Largest individual projects at Interprint are additional printing presses in the USA, Russia and China as well as the completion of the extension building in Arnsberg.
