GERMANY – The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Schattdecor SE announce significant personnel adjustments within the Management Board.

Schattdecor SE’s Supervisory Board has decided to extend the contract of Michael Then, Chief Production Officer, by an additional three years. Michael Then has demonstrated unwavering dedication and expertise within the Schattdecor Group since 1998, serving in various capacities. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Head of Surface Production. “We appreciate his exceptional commitment and eagerly anticipate our continued fruitful collaboration,” remarked Reiner Schulz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schattdecor SE.

On March 31, 2024, Frank Schumacher, who has overseen Sales and Strategic Purchasing as a member of the Management Board since September 1, 2019, will depart from Schattdecor SE due to personal reasons and mutual agreement. “Under his guidance, the company has achieved notable successes in Sales and Strategic Purchasing. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Schumacher and wish him well in his personal endeavors, particularly good health,” expressed Reiner Schulz.

To ensure seamless continuity in management while injecting fresh momentum, Roland Auer will assume the role of CEO for the Sales division with immediate effect, while Michael Then will take on the responsibilities of the Strategic Purchasing division.

With these adjustments, Schattdecor positions itself well to sustain its successful market operations.
