GERMANY – Sascha Groß , Managing Director of Hettich Holding, has decided to leave the company at the end of the year.
During his 20 years at Hettich, Groß has played a key role in the expansion of international production sites and has made significant contributions to the strategic development of the global Hettich Group over the past seven years.
“We are deeply grateful for the journey we have shared, what we have achieved together, and what we have learned from each other. We wish Sascha Groß all the best for his future endeavors,” says Dr. Andreas Hettich, Chairman of the Advisory Board and shareholder of the Hettich Group.
Groß himself reflects on his decision: “This step is a very personal one, and it hasn’t been easy for me, given my long-standing relationship with Hettich. However, it reflects my desire to forge new paths and develop both professionally and personally. I am firmly convinced that this decision aligns with the values we uphold at Hettich: trust, personal responsibility, and the drive to shape the future. I know that the global management team is in the best hands to continue fostering and promoting these values.”
Starting in 2025, the Hettich Group plans to further expand its network structure and strengthen its proven many-to-many (management) culture. Moving forward, the company’s 8,600 colleagues worldwide will be able to contribute their strengths, passions, and ideas even more intensively, taking the lead on their key projects.
Hettich was founded in 1888 and is today one of the world’s largest and most successful manufacturers of furniture fittings.
