ITALY – Salice, the Italian manufacturer of furniture fittings, has acquired Atim S.p.A., an Italian specialist in aluminum-based hardware solutions.
This acquisition will enhance Salice’s portfolio with innovative designs, including extendable tables and multifunctional systems.
By integrating Atim, Salice will leverage its international network of nine subsidiaries and several distributors to introduce Atim’s cutting-edge solutions to a broader global audience.

Salice, founded in 1926 by Arturo Salice, is a leading global player in the production of opening systems and functional components for the furniture industry. The company operates three production facilities in Italy (Novedrate, Belluno, and Colli al Metauro) and has a presence in 10 countries through 12 international subsidiaries. In 2021, Salice achieved net sales of approximately EUR 216 million, with exports reaching over 90 countries.
