GERMANY – Proadec, Portugal’s edgeband manufacturer, participated in Interzum 2015 under the motto “the best board needs the best matching edge finish” and with special focus on decor and textures.

The influx of visitors from all over the world and the atmosphere created within the stand during the four-day event confirmed the recognition of Proadec brand name in the market.

Clara Cruz, Marketing Coordinator at Proadec explains: “We are very satisfied to be referred as the edging producer presenting the widest range of boards with matching edging ever seen. This was an excellent opportunity for professionals to see how the board works with the matching edging. To look at the edging on a catalogue or as a finger sample may be limited and sometimes difficult to visualiZe how the final application will work in the end. This is the job we have done. We have applied our edgings to over 200 different boards from recognized manufacturers in the market for visitors to see and experience.” On display at Proadec’s stand was a comprehensive range of melamine boards from relevant manufacturers, such as Egger, Finsa, innovus, Kaindl, Pfleiderer an Schattdecor, with the matching Proadec edging.

Clara Cruz added, “In addition, we showcased solutions for furniture and interior design with an enhanced decorative effect aimed to be used to give contrast and a distinctive effect to any application. The highlights were our ABS ProFoil and ProAlu, being ProFoil a Proadec innovation and exclusive product.”
