USA – Rehau has announced the promotion of Dr. Thomas Troeger from Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rehau Americas.

The regional executive board now includes Troeger as CEO, Theo Haast as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Terry Barnaby as Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Haast, who served as president and CFO since January 2019, will focus solely on his CFO responsibilities after leading the region to improved profitability over the past two years. “Theo has been key in strengthening the foundation for growth in the Americas,” said William Christensen, CEO of Rehau Group.

Troeger has spent 14 years at Rehau, advancing through various leadership roles in marketing and sales. He was named director of the furniture solutions division for North America in 2013 and vice president for the Americas in 2015.

In January 2019, he joined the executive board as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. “We are pleased to promote Thomas to this key leadership position,” said Christensen. “His ability to identify market opportunities and drive customer-focused innovation will be instrumental in advancing our growth.”

Troeger sees significant untapped potential in Rehau’s markets and product portfolio. “I look forward to helping our employees reach new heights and showing customers how we can live our mission of ‘Engineering Progress. Enhancing Lives,’” he said.
