ITALY – Neodecortech S.p.A. , one of Europe’s top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces, with deep sadness, the sudden demise of CFO and Investor Relator Marco Giussani.

Luigi Cologni, CEO of Neodecortech, said “On behalf of the entire Board of Directors and of all the people of our Group, I express my immense sorrow for the sudden demise of Marco Giussani. A friend first and foremost, and a true professional, passes away. The whole Group extends its heartfelt condolences to Marco’s family.”

Marco Giussani graduated in Business Administration and he started his career in 1994 as controller in Versace Profumi and then in Wella Group. In 2001 he joined SAECO group as Head of Administration and Human Resources of two controlled firms. After nine years he entered in Confalonieri S.p.A. and Corbetta Fia Srl as Head of Administration and Human Resources and later became CFO of the Group Neodecortech.

The Company announced that the Chief Executive Officer Luigi Cologni takes on the interim functions as Investor Relator.
