GERMANY – Jowat SE, a global leader in industrial adhesives, and Gannomat, a specialist in high-performance woodworking machinery, have announced a strategic partnership to optimize adhesive processes in industrial wood processing worldwide.
The collaboration focuses on aligning adhesive technologies with precision machinery to deliver reliable, efficient, and reproducible bonding results for joinery and carpentry. As part of the agreement, Gannomat will integrate Jowat’s Jowacoll PVAc dispersion adhesives—such as Jowacoll 114.60, 114.30, and 107.20—into testing and customer recommendations. These adhesives, when used with Gannomat’s electronically controlled application systems, enable clean processing, accurate dosing, reduced consumption, and high bonding strength.
Founded in 1956, Gannomat exports around 95% of its machines, which are used in more than 60 countries, from small workshops to industrial furniture manufacturers. Its product line ranges from dowel inserters and CNC drills to advanced glue applicators, all manufactured with in-house engineered components, including precision glue nozzles.
Before delivery, Gannomat rigorously tests its machines with Jowat adhesives under real production conditions. This ensures maximum reliability and gives Jowat valuable insights to further improve its adhesives.
“The cooperation allows us to tailor solutions to customers’ specific needs. It’s a win-win partnership built on precision, quality, and innovation,” said representatives from both companies.
By combining world-class adhesives with cutting-edge machinery, Jowat and Gannomat aim to set new standards for efficiency, quality, and sustainability in woodworking processes across the globe.
