USA – Interprint USA has announced key leadership changes. Bill Hines Jr., the current Managing Director, will step down and take on an advisory role starting June 1, 2025.

Manoj Vengalil, who has been with the company since 2003, has been promoted to CEO. Vengalil, previously Managing Director, will now lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation.
“I’m honored to take on the CEO role at Interprint USA,” Vengalil said. “I will focus on strengthening partnerships and driving innovation with our dedicated team.”
Hines will continue to provide strategic support, focusing on the North American décor market. “This next phase will allow me to focus on key projects and spend more time with my family,” Hines added.
The company also announced the promotion of Michael Marchand, Senior VP of Sales, and Jason Baumgart, Purchasing and Facilities Manager, to the executive team, joining Vengalil, David Murray (35 years), and Peter Stasiowski (18 years).
Interprint USA, part of the Japanese TOPPAN Group since 2019, is a leader in the North American décor printing market with multiple production sites worldwide.
