SPAIN – Sales of Cataluña’s furniture hardware manufacturer Indaux in Africa grew 65% in 2016 and this year sales are expected to increase by 25% more.
As this positive trend continues, by the end of 2017 the company will have doubled its 2015 figures in the African continent. Indaux credits this improvement on the performance of its distributor, Furniture Installation Technologies (FIT), with seven locations in South Africa (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Vereeniging, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Durban and Polokwane) and commercial activity in Namibia, Mozambique, Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho.
Under the baton of Greg Williams (right side of the pic) and Martin Joose, the company distributes virtually all of Indaux’s portfolio of products in the South of the continent: hinges, furniture fittings, shelf supports, slides and drawers systems among others.
