Indaux and Häfele sign a distribution agreement in the United Kingdom

UK – The Indaux industrial group, a leader in Spain in the manufacture of components for the furniture industry, and the Häfele group, a specialist in fittings and electronic locking systems, have signed a joint distribution agreement for their products in the United Kingdom.

The aim of this initiative between Indaux and HUK (Häfele United Kingdom) is to combine the potential of both companies in both product quality and service to cover the new highly demanding needs of the British furniture industry.

Indaux, founded in 1962 is the most complete manufacturer of furniture fittings in the Spanish market and one of the European Union’s most important with more than 10,000 active references. With more than one hundred registered patents, Indaux is highly regarded for its R&D&i potential.

On the other hand, German company Häfele founded in 1923 is one of the world’s largest fitting distributors. With more than 7,100 employees working at the Nagold Headquarters, 37 subsidiaries and representatives worldwide, the Häfele Group posted revenue in excess of 1.27 billion Euros in the 2015 financial year of which the proportion of foreign sales was approximately 79%.
