GERMANY (Notifix) – Impress Group, printer of decorative papers for the furniture industry, announced investments in its operations in Brazil and Poland.

In Brazil the company will put into operation a new impregnation line. With the new line the company expects to double the current capacity of 30 million m2 to 60 million m2 per year. The plant is commissioned to go into operation in the third quarter of 2014.

Furthermore, at its plant in Poland, Impress will invest in a ACMS system from IPAC GmbH, developed specifically to improve efficiency in color reproduction for printers of decorative papers.
